If you're unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please notify us via email within 24hrs of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, no signs of wear, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have signs of wear or have missing tags will not be accepted for return. If a return is accepted, we are able to offer an exchange or a credit voucher. We are unable to offer a refund so please choose wisely. All items are checked thoroughly before shipping. Only in the rare case that an item is faulty will a refund granted. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
